Sharon Zeggert has over 20 years of experience in the shipping industry working for various steamship lines where she was involved in almost every aspect of the shipment cycle. At Metro Group Maritime, Sharon uses her experience to identify patterns and determine the right ways to resolve the issues. Sharon is involved in several types of collection and believes that developing a good rapport with shipping customers is key to facilitating the best resolution.
