Donna Dunnam's experience in cash application and accounts receivable in the shipping industry has allowed her to see, first hand, the various reasons for short or non-payment thereby working through the challenges and bringing the account to good standing. Having an extensive background with US Flag shipments, Donna was responsible for US payments, rates, contracting and billing of military cargo including Household Goods (HHG) as well as US Flag commercial accounts. At Metro Group Maritime, Donna communicates with the customer for collection of payment within terms and takes the appropriate measures to resolve any issues or delinquencies therein.
