As a general manager and client liaison between a first party outsourcer/commercial collection agency and their clients, Debbie Kaufhold is responsible for the training and development of all personnel on the policies and procedures as related to first party collections as well as the client's standard operating procedures for collections and accountability. As a leader of the Metro Group Maritime's 3rd party team, her focus is to: be accountable, be consistent and be transparent. By providing these values and acute analytical skills used in strategic planning and operating procedures, Metro Group Maritime is able to better serve our clients and maximize collections.
