Kathy Patel

Collections Manager and Client Liaison 

Kathy Patel has worked with Metro Group since 2014. She is from Raleigh, NC and is currently based out of Charlotte, NC. Prior to joining MGM, some of her previous work experience included working for Maersk Line as a dispatch, Export customer service management, and invoice quality/root cause analyst. What Kathy values most about work is problem-solving and finalizing collection matters. Some of her hobbies include running and cooking, and her greatest strength is persistence in ensuring tasks are completed in full and are high in quality.
